Each hour-long session is a mix of guidance, exercises, and actionable steps tailored to your goals. We’ll address both the practical (like budgeting or saving) and emotional (like overcoming fear and shame) aspects of money. There is defined homework between sessions which will provide more insights, as well as readings, toolkits, and workbooks.
